Rather than parking capital, our approach focuses on real hospitality operations that generate daily revenue and long-term value in one of Europe’s fastest-growing travel regions.

Starting in 2019, Daniel Daly led a startup from the ground up to over $600 million in annual revenue in just five years.

Through strategic acquisitions, he grew the company from 11 employees to nearly 500, led multiple brands to #1 national and global rankings, and consistently exceeded industry standards for customer satisfaction.

That experience shaped how Daniel thinks about investing—favoring businesses with real customer-facing operations, clear cash flow, and strong systems over passive assets.

What began as a personal interest in international real estate by developing a portfolio of short-term rental properties, has evolved into the foundation of Global Investment Partnership - investing in hospitality and short-term rental businesses across international markets with strong tourism demand and steady growth.
